MICROFINANCE LOAN OFFICERS

(assignment: Baguio City / La Trinidad, Benguet)

Qualifications:

  • College undergraduate or graduate
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Preferably Male, at least 20-28 years old
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Team player, goal oriented, honest, able to work under pressure
  • Strong commitment to serve & work in poor communities
  • Knowledge in driving a motorcycle, an advantage

COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS

(assignment: Province of Benguet)

Qualifications:

  • College graduate preferably with background on forestry and community development
  • Preferably between 24 to 30 years old
  • With at least two (2) years experience in community organizing or forestry projects
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
  • Preferably resident of the Cordillera Provinces and willing to be assigned in these areas
  • Conversant in the local dialect
  • Team-player, goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • With strong community organizing and networking skills
  • Computer literate and adept at MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
