Provision of Medicines for Medical Mission in Bulacan

Three hundred sixty-six (366) residents received free medicines from PMFTC through the Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation a 2-day medical mission in Bulacan. One hundred nineteen (119) were from Brgy. Tawiran, Obando and 247 were from Brgy. Muzon, San Jose Del Monte.

Upon receiving their prescriptions from their physician, the beneficiaries were assisted to present their prescribed medicines at the pharmacy table. They were then provided with reference numbers and were called when their turn came to get their free medicines. Recipients were mostly children and elderly people who needed multivitamins, medication for common illnesses and maintenance medicines.

The medical mission ended in Brgy. Tawiran and Brgy. Muzon at 7pm and 3pm respectively. The remaining medicines were turned-over to the office of the Vice Governor and Damayang Filipino Movement and an acknowledgment receipt was signed.- report from PFP staff
