ENUMERATORS
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Experience in data collection, monitoring or registration using mobile / tablet
- Experience in the field that require interaction with the community
- Good communicator & conversant in major dialects (Tagalog / local dialects in Isabela)
- Good attention to details & able to work independently
Tasks:
- Responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews & collecting information from households and individuals within Isabela or Quezon City
- Ensure completeness of information and data & the successful completion of baseline data gathering interview of respondents
- Undertake duty travels as needed
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Team Leader and JVOFI
Remuneration: Php 500 per interview, per diem & actual transportation cost will be provided

TEAM LEADER
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Experience in data collection, monitoring or registration using mobile / tablet
- Experience in the field that require interaction with the community
- Experience in writing formal reports
- Experience in managing data process & handling staff
Tasks:
- Provide technical assistance to the enumerators to ensure that all collected data are correct, complete, and accurate
- Coordinate on the ground with the local government units
- Coordinate with the Program Coordinator and barangay officials to ensure availability of identified respondents & ensure an orderly system and procedures for the interview
- Review accuracy of collected data, proper and precise transcription and translation of information gathered through household interviews
- Monitor interview progress, outcomes, best practices, challenges and lessons learned & collect relevant information for report writing
- Prepare daily and weekly reports & assist in crafting terminal report
- Monitor enumerators & undertake duty travels as needed
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by JVOFI
