EMBRACE program in partnership with the Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation Inc., turned over an agricultural shredder machine to the Ambiong La Trinidad Organic Practitioner Association (ALTOPA) on February 28, 2019 in Ambiong Barangay Hall.
The activity was attended by Punong Barangay Anthony C. Aniban; ALTOPA President, Agustina Pagui-en; JVOFI Field Coordinator, Amy Leigh G. Suclad; Jaime V. Ongpin Microfinance Foundation Inc., Program Manager, Dante Frias and members of ALTOPA.
“Having this shredder, we won’t need to wait for a long time because it takes time to degrade the wastes. The waste will be shred instantly and ready to be used as fertilizers. This shredder is also a better alternative to burning our residue that will cause pollution. Thank you very much EMBRACE.” said Mrs. Paguie-en.
This activity was the last of three in a series of turnover of agricultural shredders.
