Part of JVOFI’s thirtieth founding celebration last January 31, 2011 was the recognition of three trustees: Ray Dean D. Salvosa, Trustee & Managing Director of Consuelo Foundation; Salvador P. Pabalan, Treasurer of JVOFI & Benguet Corporation; and, outgoing Vice-Chairperson Norberto A. Viera, Managing Director and President of Texas Instruments (Phils.), Inc.
Mr. Ray Dean D. Salvosa was recognized for his dedication to social development & for generously sharing his expertise & wisdom as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation, Inc. since 1987.
Mr. Salvador P. Pabalan was also recognized for generously sharing his expertise as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation, Inc. since 1993 & for his commitment to the improvement of the quality of life of poor communities.
Finaly, Mr. Norberto A. Viera was thanked for advocating corporate involvement in social development &
for his magnanimous contributions as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation, Inc. from 2001 – 2010.
Each of the trustees honored during the anniversary program received a trophy handcrafted by Peter Pinder, a renowned local artist.
