There are several programs we can partner with DILG”

JVOFI base this application for accreditation on its commitment to upholding its mission to mobilize strategic partnership to respond to communities in need. This is also stated in the DILG Memorandum Circular, in building long-term foundation of good governance, it is important to develop and strengthen collaborative relationships between the government and civil society.

Recognizing the importance of having an active, informed, and capacitated civil society in upholding a culture of good governance, The Department of the Interior and Local Government, has opened spaces for the CSOs to participate in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of its initiated programs.

DILG - CAR Regional Director Araceli San Jose said, “definitely, this is not the only partnership that we have. JVOFI and DILG have a lot of collaborations to help our LGUs in attaining their goals.”
