Tracking-Progress Tool Project gets nod from City Council

The Baguio City Council unanimously recommended a resolution authorizing Mayor Benjamin Magalong to enter a project partnership agreement with Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation, Inc. They recommended the resolution during their regular Sangguniang Panlungsod Meeting today, June 7, 2021.

The project funded by the German Ministry and implemented by JVOFI in partnership with the Baguio City LGU is a six-month project that will make use of the International Institute for Sustainable Development’s (IISD) Tracking-Progress tool.

The Tracking-Progress can be a supplement tool to the city as it pushes forward to its vision to be the first Smart City in the country. It will also enable the city to easily track and visualize its progress and make evidence-based decision.
