Monthly meeting within groups are strictly implemented to ensure compliance and awareness of clients of all policies and procedures of the program, however poor attendance of clients are still being observed.
To encourage all clients to attend meetings, a Grocery Bonanza was crafted to make the meetings more interesting and happy as well, every time they meet their co – members.
They are entitled to a raffle ticket when they attend meetings for a chance to win a grocery package worth of P300.
Their names will be raffled every 2nd Friday of the month at their respective branches during scheduled loan releases so clients may witness the activity.
Since its commencement in August 2014, it was observed that clients’ attendance during meetings increased from 30% to 60% from the total clients of 1,896.
